Guys.

I got a set of 1 track day old supercorsas (sc1/2) on my track bike. They've had not much use, and i use tyre warmers to reduce heat cycles. Only thing is they're nearly 3 years old. Would you change them ?

I would.  Rubber being a natural product tends to degrade and breakdown.

Have a look on the tyre wall for some figures like (15/05), that means that the example given would have been produced on the 15th week of 2005.

Jim who runs Biketech doesn't recommend running a tyre more than three years old, so I would personally change them and have peace of mind.

My wets are around 6 years old.

They're still better than Supercorsas when it's pissing down.
