I wonder how they will sort this one out? Sheff Utd have won their arbitration case against West Ham for them being allowed to play Tevez. Will it cost the unhappy Hammers millions in compensation or can they still be relegated? Could be very interesting!

You wouldn't want to be a Hammers supporter right now....£30 million compensation claim hanging over them + at least 10 Sheff Utd players of that season are getting together to sue West Ham for loss of earnings + knocked out of the Carling Cup by Watford + Carlton Cole arrested for drink-driving + Dean Ashton sidelined for a month yet again with an injury!
