Just to let you know that the company will be up and running on the 28th July 2008 and I will mainly cover the Derby,South Derbyshire and Staffordshire areas(although I can do parts of Leicestershire ie Castle Donington area)
It all came about from my experiences of trying to get tyres fitted to my own bikes and just how difficult at times it can be.3 times now I have had the rear tyre fitted the wrong way around on a single sided swing arm Speed Triple and theres a bloody arrow on the wheel and the tyre to make it easy to follow.I then bought some tyres on line to save cash as we all like to do and 5 shops I called locally wanted £50 to fit them to a pair of loose wheels+I had to book them in and collect later.This then resulted in me having to make a 30 mile around trip in the car and wait 1 hr of my time to get them done for £35 the pair(and he got the rear one wrong),the very same tyre fitter has now said he will only fit tyres if they are purchased from him.
So I thought if these people don't want mine and other bikers business then I'll start my own and give bikers what they want.
Provide a good service
Fit the tyres they want fitted (even if purchased from another source although I will only fit tyres that are legal (wear etc),of the correct speed rating for your bike and under 2 years old from manufacture date for your own safety)
At the customers convenience (many bikers work Mon-Fri or shifts and want their bike ready for the weekend so appointments can be made for a home fit or your place of work at a time to suit you between 9am - 6pm Mon-Fri and 9am till 12.30 Sat (Closed Sundays cos I'll be out on mine).
Provide top brand tyres reasonable prices.
I also do car tyres so you can have your bike and car done together saving you the trouble of two trips out and your valuable time.
The trouble with dealers is they have their fingers in more than one pie and at the end of the day everthing is done in their time taking up yours.
