PIcked the new bike up today.. Found out why the front wheel was so flighty on the test ride, the previous owner had dropped the size of the front sprocket, he did give the dealer the standard one.
I spent about 4 hours out this afternoon hooning around on some roads i know really well. After about two hours my wrists did start aching a bit, which TBH i was expecting. I wasn't expecting my neck though, with the riding position i found i was really looking up at slower speeds which has given me a bit of a sore neck. I'm fairly sure that after a couple more rides my body will get used to the new riding position and things will ache less.
Everything else about the bike was a stunning as the test ride. the exhaust note sounded even better then before. A question for those who have ridden the RSV, is it normal for the frame and pegs to get really warm after a while of riding ??
If the pen is mightier than the sword then my keyboard must be a weapon of mass destruction ??
