I agree, should be sorted in a few months. Do you reckon carbon cans or stainless? Round or oval?

Don't put a knaff set on jon. Carbon are good as it doesnt show the carbon strap marks that you get on titaniums. It depends on which brand i think. Carbon akras look fantastic wheras i prefer arrow in titanium.

Is the standard header system 2 into 1 ? Or do you need twin cans

    /looks at photos.

     Bike looks top m8.

I think either material would look good, id probably fit carbon akrapovics.  Worth getting some with removable baffles for MOT hassles

Re: Oi j1 / D6 when the bikes coming

PIcked the new bike up today.. Found out why the front wheel was so flighty on the test ride, the previous owner had dropped the size of the front sprocket, he did give the dealer the standard one.

I spent about 4 hours out this afternoon hooning around on some roads i know really well. After about two hours my wrists did start aching a bit, which TBH i was expecting. I wasn't expecting my neck though, with the riding position i found i was really looking up at slower speeds which has given me a bit of a sore neck. I'm fairly sure that after a couple more rides my body will get used to the new riding position and things will ache less.

Everything else about the bike was a stunning as the test ride. the exhaust note sounded even better then before. A question for those who have ridden the RSV, is it normal for the frame and pegs to get really warm after a while of riding ??

I found it quite surprising how little my frame got warm compared to my gixxer to be honest. I did find that the standard exhaust got very very hot. Burnt some of my jacket on it as I brushed past.

Ive never ridden it in such hot weather though, so maybe thats a factor of the frame getting so warm.

Ride quicker, that way the frame won't heat up so much Wink
