I'll mention it to some people if you like - got any figure in mind (they're bound to ask)

    What model R1?

Oi!  I've just offered him £500.  You can nip in if the negotiations break down  (dont' forget he's had a bump to the head and he lives in Wales.  He'll think it's 1985 and you can still buy a local house for £450 Wink)

You can still buy a house in Wales for £450 cant you?  Who would otherwise?

Bunch of barstewards...I'll have you know that we've had electricity over here for 12 months now.

Its a '98, broken clipon and both footpegs but Ive bought all the spares and their sat in a box
ready to be bolted on (just dont have the time to do it myself).

2 sets of wheels (both with discs), set of road tyres (208RRs), set of wets, set of slicks,
set of treaded sticky tyres (supercorsas).
Very well smashed track plastics, full road plastics (in resonable nick),
race pipe and standard pipe, spare tank.
all strapped down on a new single bike trailer ready to go.

First one to the door with £1k gets a bargain.

    Re: 'ello

I have to say that's very tempting.  Is it still road registered? Tax? MOT? Any engine work?

    Re: 'ello

I thought that myself.  I wondered if I could get it and get it up and running for Mallory and not risk my road bike.

Already sent an email to kate who holds the purse strings to test the water, lol.

    Re: 'ello

I'm not about this weekend, so that's me out of the running.

It looks like the wookie has a new track bike.

    Re: 'ello

Road registered, no tax or MOT.

No engine problems, not even a scratch to the frame or any mechanicals...Roadrace and a couple of the lads started her up and drove her onto the trailer, been there ever since.....but they did have to use an adjustable spanner in place of the clip-on :)
